Custom Barres Online Store Return Policy

NO REFUNDS – All Sales Are Final

Each Custom Barres product is handcrafted and made to order, specifically tailored to your unique specifications. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed. Our team is here to help you make informed decisions. If you have questions about layouts, bracket quantities, or wood sections, please contact us before placing your order. IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, please inspect all barres, brackets, and products immediately!


All replacement requests (due to Product Damage, Manufacturing Defects or Error we made on your order) must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your merchandise and must be in their original packaging. Claims made after 14 days or for items not in their original packaging are not eligible for replacement.



REPLACEMENTS

For replacements due to manufacturer errors, damage, or defects, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible. Since all products are custom-made to order, replacements may take 7 to 10 business days for production. Quality remains our top priority!



RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a replacement, submit a claim to support@custombarres.com with proof of purchase (name, address, and invoice number). Claims for damaged or defective items must include photos of the original packaging and the damaged/defective item. Claims submitted after 14 days or without the required photos will be denied. If your replacement request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email with further return instructions. All returns require a return label issued by Custom Barres for tracking purposes.


Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your replacement. Failure to return within this timeframe will result in the replacement being considered an additional purchase, and you will be charged for the items. Credit card information must be provided via email for authorization of these charges before replacements are shipped.



CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you notice an error right after placing your order, please contact Custom Barres immediately at 848.245.9464 and via email at support@custombarres.com. We will be happy to assist you.



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to the high shipping costs and the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns from buyers outside the continental USA.



INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Custom Barres ships internationally; however, please note that we do not collect or charge any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential import fees prior to placing your order.



WARRANTY

Your product comes with a one-year structural warranty. If your barre or brackets are proven defective within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace them at our expense. This warranty covers structural issues only and does not apply to cosmetic damage, such as scratches, water damage, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if installation guidelines were not followed or if the Custom Barres label has been removed.
